META: EVERGREEN SOCIAL CONTENT

One of the key goals of the Global Employer Brand and Attract team I was part of at Meta was to create social and digital content that truly reflected the company’s core values and culture. A powerful way to achieve this was by spotlighting the incredible people behind our products. With so many talented individuals contributing to groundbreaking work, it was an obvious choice. The campaign was executed with a small, agile team and an efficient process—lots of upfront effort, but the end result spoke for itself. It’s a perfect example of how you can achieve great results with minimal resources—producing content from a 2-day photoshoot that fuels a full year’s worth of engagement!
